Assurance implementation desk: Upload to KLA

1. login https://assurancekerala.gov.in/
• Login ID and Password will be provided from GAD Parliamentary affairs. (Extn: 8986)
• Normally Login ID: PEN Number    Password: (Name)1* or (Name)33*  - first letter of name will be CAPITAL letter. Captcha letters also to be entered.
2. Search assurance concerned from Left Pane.
3. Take printout of assurance concerned
4. Data entry to be made in that format with answer to assurance and submit asPhysical File to Section officer. Later, file will be returned to the section with approval of minister concerned.
5. When the physical file returned from higher authority, the final answer can be entered in above site. For that again follow step 1
6. Select Enter Reply
7. Upload annexure if any
8. Submit to AA (Approval Authority may be Additional/Joint Secretary. - And personally inform them.
9. They will follow Step1
10. If satisfied with the answers entered they will submit it to KLA. (Assembly). Else can return to section.
